864 Pritchard Avenue was the home of the Martin and Anastazia Bobowski family from about 1926 to 1929. Olga, Paul, Angela, William, Millie and Alice all lived at this address.

According to 1921 census records 864 Pritchard was a four room detached wooden house. The house on the property today was built in 1913 so is the same house the Bobowsky family occupied. Municipal property records list a 670 sq. ft. single storey house with a basement. The photograph shows an upper occupied floor, perhaps a converted attic.
Circa 1929 the family moved to 733 Boyd Avenue.
